Kathleen is one of our Caregiver Heroes from the Passport to Wellness for Caregivers event in October 2012.
Kathleen is the primary caregiver for her father, who has Alzheimer’s Disease and is at the health centre. Kathleen also assists her Mother and Mother-In-Law.
