Dear Mary,

Do you remember this expression from when we were kids?  Well, my brother is the liar.  He says that he goes to see our parents at least 3 times a week.  They are still living in their own home.  My Dad is 84 and my Mother is 81.  He lives close by so he is the one who is suppose to drop in on them on a regular base which means every couple of days.  Both my parents tell me that they don’t see or hear from him too much, like maybe once a month.   I worry about them.  He is lying to me.  I live 7 hours away, so getting there is not easy for me to do. What should I do?

Hi Sue:

Get a camera installed and let the facts speak for themselves.
