Michael Gabriele from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) for York Region and South Simcoe talks about the organization’s family caregivers education program which is dear to his heart.

The program’s goal is to assist families and caregivers increase their knowledge of mental illnesses, get support and obtain the tools they need to make informed decisions. It is designed for people who want or need to learn basic information about mental illness and the mental health system.
